Order Management & Export Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and talented individual to strengthen our dynamic team in Order Management and Export.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the processing and accuracy of customer orders from our distributors and key accounts.

Important note: Although this position is being advertised in Poland, we are specifically looking for English-speaking candidates who are willing to relocate to Germany. Relocation support can be discussed during the hiring process.


Your Responsibilities

  • Independent customer support and order processing

  • Receiving orders and processing them in SAP R3

  • Coordinating delivery dates with production planning and procurement

  • Clarifying transport routes, organizing and scheduling shipments, and monitoring delivery

  • Collaboration with the distribution center

  • Creating export-relevant and customer-specific documents

  • Administrative handling of customer returns, including documentation and coordination

  • Supporting projects and taking on additional tasks to help achieve annual targets


Your Profile

  • Commercial education or equivalent qualification, ideally with additional certification (e.g., Foreign Trade Specialist)

  • At least 3 years of experience in order management and export, preferably in an international company

  • Knowledge of export regulations and documentation, including IATA regulations for air freight, is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and positive attitude

  • Independent, committed, and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Passionate, motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for success

  • Fluent in English and Spanish; good knowledge of German is required or willingness to learn; additional languages such as Italian or French are a plus

  • Proficient in SAP ERP (Order-to-Cash, returns, logistics) and the MS Office Suite
