Procurement Technology Senior Specialist
Sonova is building on its current SAP Ariba deployment, undertaking an expansion of Ariba across the organization. This role would support this expansion, supporting technical aspects of the platform working closely with the project team, Finance, Procurement and the rest of the Ariba support organisation.

Provide operational support for SAP Ariba (mainly Guided Buying) and related Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems.

Maintain system configurations including approval workflows, buying channels, accounting rules, and system parameters.

Support system testing (connectivity, penny testing, UAT), upgrades, enhancements, and rollout activities.

Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between procurement platforms and ERP systems.

Coordinate incident resolution with IT teams, vendors, and integration partners.

Support catalog enablement and maintenance (hosted, static, and punchout catalogs).

Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and proper transaction flow.

Support master data governance and documentation of system processes and configurations.

Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and propose improvements to procurement processes and system functionality.

Contribute to procurement technology initiatives and system implementation projects.
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems ( SAP Ariba ) and integrations/middleware (e.g., CIG)
- 4+ years of experience in Procurement field and/or P2P solutions as Technology Specialist
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system configuration skills
- Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills, including explaining technical topics to non-technical users
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English with solid technical and functional understanding
