Project Manager (HR Projects)
Purpose of the job: Drive global projects on Sonova corporate level with adaptive degree of control and influence: supportive, with a consulting role or directive, by taking control and managing the project.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- lead global, cross-functional project teams
- control project budgets, resources and targets against timeline
- define and coordinate work packages and actions
- develop and implement communication concepts to drive the change
- prepare status reports and decision papers for top management
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in business administration or an equivalent university degree
- 3-5 years’ work experience in project management
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in HR functional projects
- Track record of successful project delivery in cross functional and global projects
- Consulting business background
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Comfort with technical skills and exposure to new systems
- Ability to work with different kind of cultures , build relationships actively and fast, communicate efficiently on all hierarchy levels
- Ability to analyze, understand and translate systems across functional divisions in a global group environment, strong analytical skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
