Project Manager (HR Projects)

Purpose of the job: Drive global projects on Sonova corporate level with adaptive degree of control and influence: supportive, with a consulting role or directive, by taking control and managing the project.

Tasks and responsibilities:

lead global, cross-functional project teams
control project budgets, resources and targets against timeline
define and coordinate work packages and actions
develop and implement communication concepts to drive the change
prepare status reports and decision papers for top management

Your Profile:

Master’s degree in business administration or an equivalent university degree
3-5 years’ work experience in project management
Strong project management skills
Experience in HR functional projects
Track record of successful project delivery in cross functional and global projects
Consulting business background
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Comfort with technical skills and exposure to new systems
Ability to work with different kind of cultures , build relationships actively and fast, communicate efficiently on all hierarchy levels
Ability to analyze, understand and translate systems across functional divisions in a global group environment, strong analytical skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure
