QMS Training and Documentation Specialist

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain QMS training in the global Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support QMS Training Process Owners, Document Owners, and Line Managers by maintaining training structures.
- Create or revise training audiences in LMS and provide training reports as requested.
- Support the document control system in alignment with global QMS requirements.
- Ensure proper creation, review, approval, distribution, and archival of controlled documents.
- Monitor document lifecycle activities (reviews, revisions, obsolescence) to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance and technical support to employees on document management processes and tools.
- Maintain metadata, version control, and access rights for QMS documents.
- Generate compliance performance reports on document status and training completion.
- Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QMS processes, templates, and workflows
More about you
- University degree required.
- Additional qualifications in Learning & Development or Quality Assurance are a plus.
- Proven experience in LMS or QMS administration.
- Experience working in a regulated industry preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English
