SAP Business System Developer

As a seasoned Senior SAP PP/MM/QE Consultant you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP PP, MM, and QE solutions. You will be delivering end-to-end SAP ECC and S/4HANA projects, ensuring smooth integration with MES and procurement tools. Also, you will translate business needs into scalable architectures while guiding junior team members. 

 

More About The Role

 

  • Lead SAP functional enhancements and process projects end-to-end (blueprinting, testing, go-live, support) while acting as a key functional consultant for change requests in collaboration with Solution Architects.
  • Build strong partnerships across Business Operations and IT, review existing solutions, identify improvements, and stay up to date with new technologies.
  • Handle critical issue management: lead emergency resolutions, manage escalations (Projects, CRs, Incidents, Service Requests), provide level-3 support, root-cause analysis, and issue bundling.
  • Execute Service Requests and standard changes under defined SLAs, working closely with internal and external IT teams to resolve problems.
  • Ensure full compliance with GRC, authorization, and GxP requirements, support audits (Auditor, TÜV, FDA), and plan/perform Regression Testing for changes and projects.

 

More About You

 

  • Degree in IT engineering (Master, Bachelor or equivalent)
  • Solid and seasoned experience as SAP ECC consultant in PP, QE, MM (hands-on S/4HANA is highly valued)
  • ITIL experience (Incident, Problem, Change, Escalation Management).
  • Ability to translate IT topics into business language.
  • Proven experience in organizational and process change, including implementing multiple process updates across SAP and other systems.
  • Agile/DSDM methodology is an asset.
  • Excellent English.
