As Sonova's global IT and quality processes converge into a cohesive and collaborative unit, we invite you to take on this crucial role in our technical IT quality management process. Spanning multiple locations worldwide, this position involves architecting and developing our ERP System and guiding our teams toward maintaining a high-quality system.

Your tasks
- Transfer Enterprise Architecture into high level IT solution architecture by following IT strategy
- Perform feasibilities, prototype pre-liminary solutions and present to business and IT stakeholders
- Facilitate and perform high level requirements’ engineering with Moscow and high-level business process design (E2E)
- Ensure global best practice business processes are implemented for any new processes and requirements
- Provide detailed IT solution architecture for new processes and gabs
- Support initiation of projects, support and drive completion of project orders, align business models
Your profile
- At least 8+ years of experience in SAP SD/CS and LE modules
- Proficiency understanding of goods and value flows in order-to-cash scenario and integration with subsequent SAP modules SCM, VC, MM/WM
- Experience with S/4HANA brown-, blue-, greenfield conversion and implementation is an advantage
- Well-versed in agile project implementation methodologies with focus on Agile project methods and SAFE
- Extensive experience in managing multiple end-to-end project lifecycles for implementing SAP business systems
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, functioning effectively both as a team player and independently
- Ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex global environments with ease
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
