SAP Senior Developer

We are seeking a SAP Senior Developer specializing in Solution Build for Business Systems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable business solutions using technologies from the SAP ecosystem.

Business Systems Development

 

  • Develop and enhance applications, interfaces, and integrations
  • Create program specifications for projects and change requests
  • Design user interfaces (e.g., SAP Fiori)
  • Define and implement interfaces (IDoc, EDI, APIs)
  • Ensure system communication and integration processes
  • Apply best practices in coding, modularization, and quality standards
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities

 

Support & Collaboration

 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex (Level 3) issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Support audits, compliance (GRC), and documentation
  • Mentor junior team members

 

Architecture Contribution

 

  • Support solution design and system architecture decisions
  • Evaluate and improve existing systems and technologies
  • Contribute to database design and integration strategies

 

More about you :

 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related experience
  • End-to-end SAP/project implementation experience
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
  • Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA) and custom development
  • Programming skills (ABAP, SQL, Java, OO) and debugging experience
  • Familiarity with integration technologies (EDI, XML, RFC, ODBC, Adobe)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Team player with collaboration and conflict-resolution skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., TüV, FDA)
  • Experience with tools (MS Office, Jira, SharePoint, Solution Manager)
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have :

  • Medical Industry Experience regarding Business Models, Processes and IT landscape
  • Agile certified, ITIL certified, BPMN certified, SAP/Hana certified
  • Knowledge of German language
