Sales Coverage & Territory Optimization Manager

As a member of the Wholesale Excellence team, you will support sales organizations across EMEA & LATAM in achieving business objectives and improving commercial performance. In this role, you will work with sales leaders across multiple markets and use data, insights, and structured methodologies to provide recommendations on sales force sizing and territory design optimization, helping markets adapt their commercial setup as business needs evolve. In return, you will gain exposure to strategic initiatives, work in an international environment, and see the direct impact of your work on sales performance.


More about the role: 

 

  • Support the design and continuous improvement of a consistent customer engagement and coverage framework across EMEA & LATAM
  • Drive high-quality market visibility and customer segmentation as key inputs for sales force sizing and territory design optimization
  • Ensure sales-related roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and documented across EMEA & LATAM
  • Analyze customer data, performance and sales activity to recommend optimal resource levels, role mix, and territory structures 
  • Support sales force sizing, territory alignment, and deployment decisions based on business objectives and market potential 
  • Build data-driven business cases for organizational changes, resource investments, and productivity improvements 
  • Establish monitoring mechanisms and decision triggers to proactively identify when adjustments to sales resources or territories are required 
  • Standardize & document methodologies, tools, and governance processes to enable scalable and consistent execution across markets 
  • Contribute to broader GTM (sales coverage and customer engagement model), commercial operating model, and sales effectiveness initiatives within the Wholesale Excellence 


More about you:

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations that support commercial decision-making
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales analytics, territory design, or related fields 
  • Hands-on experience with sales force sizing, territory alignment, coverage models, resource planning, or organizational design is highly valued 
  • Experience building business cases, scenario models, and ROI-based recommendations for resource, territory, or organizational changes
  • Experience with territory mapping and geo-analytics tools (e.g., RegioGraph, ArcGIS Pro, or similar) is a strong plus 
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms 
  • Strong affinity for CRM systems, data automation, and leveraging AI tools to improve decision-making and productivity 
  • Well organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment 
  • Clear and professional communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken)
