Sales Excellence Sustainment Specialist

The Sales Excellence Sustainment Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term success of sales excellence initiatives within Sonova WHS. This position is responsible for driving the consistent adoption and proficient use of sales processes and tools across multiple sales roles. As part of the HQ Sales Operations & Excellence team, this role ensures that implemented strategies are sustained, supports continuous improvement efforts, and helps optimize sales operations to boost the overall sales performance - ultimately helping drive consistent market share gains and increased profitability.

 

Your tasks:

  • Drive Sales Process & Tool Adoption: Ensure the sustained and proficient use of sales processes and tools across multiple sales roles such as sales reps, inside sales and clinical trainers
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, Sales Enablement, CRM, Analytics, Pricing, HR, Finance, and Customer Services to continuously enhance sales tools, processes, playbooks, and incentives
  • Performance Monitoring & Data-Driven Optimization: Develop and analyze sales reports and KPIs to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and support strategic decision-making
  • Training & Change Management: Facilitate global training programs and onboarding sessions to ensure that sales teams understand and apply best practices effectively
  • Sales Territory Optimization: Assist group companies in designing and refining sales territories to maximize sales coverage and efficiency
  • Sales Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure consistency in sales organizational structures by maintaining standardized documentation of sales roles, including sales reps , inside sales, key account managers, and clinical trainers
  • Support HQ and GC Sales Stakeholders: Provide support to sales leadership within HQ and Group Companies on sales operations and excellence-related topics, including process documentation, KPIs and implementation of global initiatives
  • Continuous Improvement & Feedback Loop: Gather insights from sales teams, assess challenges, and recommend enhancements to existing sales strategies, processes, contents and tools


Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in a sales related function
  • Experience in documenting processes and creating training materials
  • Experience conducting online training presentations
  • Experience working in a digital related environment
  • Working in a multi-functional, international environment
  • Advanced MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint)
  • Strong business and customer focus
  • Fast comprehension and eager to learn new things, with desire to constantly learn in a fast changing environment
  • High flexibility to engage in multiple areas, and dive in where help is needed
  • High degree of personal responsibility and commitment, independent and pro-active work style
  • Ability to hold others accountable
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
