Salesforce Technical Specialist

We are looking for candidates for one of two locations: Warsaw/Rotterdam. 

 

Your responsibilities:

Contribute to delivery of technical solutions for CRM initiatives from conception to the completion:

  • Collaborate with CRM Business and CRM IT teams and business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, and translate them into deliverable technical designs
  • Suggest and take responsibility for developing solutions that are using features available on the Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms, and are aligned with Salesforce best practices as well as Sonova Corporate IT Standards and CRM vision
  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams (including SAP, BW, Web team and others) to deliver high-standard solutions
  • Conduct technical design reviews, demos, and train the business counterparts

 

Provide technical support for Sonova CRM solutions:

  • Provide daily technical support and system training on Sonova Salesforce solutions for CRM Business team and business counter parts
  • Take responsibility and solve CRM trouble tickets raised on ServiceNow. Work with other team members and external partners, as needed, to resolve tickets and communicate requests in due time and with quality ensuring continuous high user satisfaction

 

Your profile:
Qualifications & Technical Competencies:

  • A degree in IT, business administration or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of work experience in business IT system administration. Understanding of software developent lifecycle
  • At least three years proven hands-on Salesforce.com development and administration across Sales and Service clouds.  Experience implementing complex Flow automations, Lightning Page customization, and data modeling preferred
  • Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component, and inbound/outbound REST API development experience is desirable
  • Life Sciences industry work experience is a plus

 

Soft Skills / Personal Competences:

  • Intrinsically motivated and self-driven. Ability to work with team members in multiple locations
  • Strong desire to share knowledge, answer questions and help others at all levels in the company
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, direct, and effective manner with people at all levels in the organization and with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Excellent English (written, verbal and technical).  Other languages are plus
