Senior Analyst Group FP&A

As a member of the Management Reporting team, the position supports the delivery of accurate, timely, and insight-driven reporting that enables decision-making across Group Leadership, Regions, and Business Units. The role plays a key part in standardizing and harmonizing reporting processes, ensuring a unified “one source of truth,” and continuously improving reporting efficiency and quality.

The position will contribute to the development of scalable reporting solutions, actionable dashboards, and enhanced analytical outputs that support both strategic and operational objectives. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across a global finance organization.

Management Reporting Execution

  • Support the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with Group standards.
  • Ensure consistency in KPIs, definitions, and reporting standards across all geographies and functions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that highlight key performance trends, risks, and opportunities.

Standardization & Harmonization

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized reporting templates and processes across the Group.
  • Support efforts to harmonize data structures, reporting logic, and performance indicators.
  • Help implement the “one source of truth” philosophy by ensuring alignment across data sources, systems, and reporting outputs.

Process Efficiency & Automation

  • Identify improvement opportunities in existing reporting processes and participate in the development of more efficient, automated workflows.
  • Support the deployment and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and data models.
  • Work with IT, data teams, and other finance stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Flexibility & Agile Reporting

  • Adapt reporting frameworks to evolving business needs and new strategic priorities.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests, deep dives, and new analysis needs arising from the business.
  • Demonstrate agility in handling unexpected changes in timelines, requirements, and data availability.

Contribution to Team Culture

  • Support a strong culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the management reporting team.
  • Share best practices, contribute ideas for improvement, and support broader team initiatives.
  • Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and a collaborative approach in daily work.

 

More about you

Essential qualifications:

  • University Degree in finance, economy, data/business analytics
  • 5+ years of experience in finance within a major international company
  • Highly proficient in Excel
    • Ability / experience in building large-scale databases using different data sources (ERPs tools, databases, business warehouses, reporting and BU tools)
  • Analytical, conceptual, self-starter; effective and persuasive inter-personal communication
  • Embraces change and actively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Possess commercial acumen combined with the ability to quickly interpret financial results (incl. understanding of the P&L and cash flows)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (min. B2)

Good to have qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other cloud‑based reporting tools
  • Experience in Cognos/TM1
  • Experience in retail/healthcare/FMCG industry
