Senior Data Visualization Specialist

(Temporary 6-months contract)

We are seeking a Senior Data Visualization Specialist to join our CX Performance Team, a two-member team within the Digital Experience & AI function, turns complex customer experience data into intuitive, impactful visual stories.

This role will be responsible for designing and implementing data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI, while also leading requirements gathering, data engineering coordination, and stakeholder management.

 

More about the role :

 

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Experience/Business teams and the Advanced Analytics team to design, develop, and deliver new dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Continuously enhance and optimize existing Power BI dashboards and datasets, addressing performance issues, bugs, and implementing improvements.
  • Develop and manage Power BI datasets, data models, and transformations using Power Query (M) and related tools to support advanced reporting needs.
  • Provide day-to-day analytics support to the Customer Experience team, including troubleshooting report issues, investigating data discrepancies, and ensuring reliable analytics delivery.
  • Perform ad-hoc Customer Experience analyses, delivering actionable insights through Power BI dashboards and data exploration.
  • Provide on-demand support to the Advanced Analytics team for specialized analytics initiatives or projects as needed.

 

More about you :

 

  • 3+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard development, data visualization, and data analysis.
  • Strong data visualization skills, with the ability to create intuitive, visually compelling dashboards using appropriate charts, layouts, and design best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear business insights.
  • Proficiency in DAX for calculations, measures, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Power Query (M) for data transformation and preparation.
  • Solid understanding of data modelling concepts, including relationships, star schema design, and performance optimization in Power BI.
  • Experience integrating Power BI with various data sources (e.g., SQL databases, cloud platforms, marketing platforms, APIs).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple ad-hoc requests and priorities.
