Senior Design & Brand Specialist

As Senior Design & Brand Specialist, you will bring the Sonova brand to life across digital, print and motion channels. Working closely with Group Communications, Brand and Creative Studio teams, you will create engaging visual assets and ensure consistent brand execution across the organization.

 

More about the role :

 

  • Create and evolve brand assets, graphics, templates and motion content in line with Sonova’s brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent visual brand implementation across digital, print, video and communication campaigns.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of Sonova’s corporate identity and design guidelines and conduct brand checks.
  • Lead cross-functional brand and design projects, developing scalable solutions for stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support brand evolution and rebranding initiatives.
  • Manage brand-related tools, including brand and digital asset management platforms, ensuring assets and documentation remain up to date.
  • Develop and manage an efficient process for handling brand and design requests.

 

More about you :

 

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or equivalent experience/portfolio.
  • 5+ years of graphic/brand design experience, ideally in an agency or international corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
  • Creative, highly detail-oriented and confident communicating visual ideas.
  • Collaborative, organized and comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with motion design, DaVinci Resolve
  • CMS/web design (HTML/CSS/WordPress) and AI-supported creative tools would be an advantage.
