Senior Graphic Designer (12 month temporary work contract)

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and implementing high-quality layouts for multi-language marketing collateral, ensuring that all materials meet graphic standards and effectively communicate our brand message. This position works with and takes direction from Creative Studio Senior Manager but also works independently on briefs within the project management boards

 

 

Your Tasks:
 

  • Brings key messages alive through a variety of print and digital marketing and sales tools across multiple channels, including layout work, image and graphic creation, and creative concepting work
  • Designs a wide range of engaging visual content and tools relevant for Sonova launch or commercial innovation for main headquarters and its general companies
  • Manages high-level design initiatives, including illustrations and creative concepting for campaigns and projects
  • Collaborates with team members to review materials and concepts, generating innovative ideas that can enhance existing assets
  • Utilizes feedback and insights to develop new design concepts that build upon current marketing assets and improve overall effectiveness
  • Comply with brand values and documents with regulatory and critical launch specific aspects
  • Oversees the production process for final print and digital files, ensuring quality and adherence to graphic standards on all marketing projects.


 

Your Profile:
 

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field 
  • 5-8 years in graphic design from internal company, creative agency or freelance experience 
  • Knowledge in creating animations (GIFs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design software
  • Excellent MS office skills (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Medical industry experience is very nice to have
