Senior HR Project Manager
Play a key role in partnering with HR leadership in implementing large scale global projects and products within the Human Resources function.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage global HR projects/initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sonova to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Partner with fellow PMs in develpoing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation and serve as a project management subject matter expert, providing guidance to project teams and across HR.
- Communicate project status, potential risks, and milestones to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in identifying project risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner with IT to implement and optimize tools that support overall project performance.
- Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy in monthly financial tracking to support adherence to budget / informed decision-making in SteerCo
- Increase PM dexterity across HR: Equip Corp HR colleagues with the necessary PM tools and best practices in managing projects.
- Increase Standardization: Establish governance structures for projects, providing support, ad-hoc as needed.
- Facilitate project team meetings ensuring stakeholders are engaged and supported through the project
- Ability to manage multiple critical priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Present project outcomes to HR project leads and steerco. Serve as a key point of contact for project related request
Need to have:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management and PMO, Portfolio Management,
- Work experience:
- 5 years work experience in leading HR projects
- Ideally gathered experience in running global HR projects
