Senior Manager Global Mobility
We are seeking a Senior Manager Global Mobility to lead the development, implementation, and governance of our global mobility strategy, programs, and policies. In this pivotal role, you will enhance the employee experience, ensure compliance with international regulations, and drive alignment with market best practices. As a key member of the Corporate Total Reward CoE team, you will collaborate across the business to support strategic organizational goals and elevate the impact of our global workforce.
Your tasks
- Lead the development, continuous improvement, and governance of the global mobility program, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Collaborate with the VP Total Reward to integrate global mobility seamlessly into the overall total rewards strategy
- Design, implement, and optimize global mobility frameworks, policies, and end-to-end processes to ensure operational excellence
- Oversee compensation packages for globally mobile employees, including tax implications, cost estimates, and net-to-net calculations, ensuring cost-effective and competitive solutions
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing training and guidance to HR, business units, and employees on global mobility policies and updates
- Partner with and oversee external vendors, including relocation services and tax consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and global mobility standards while monitoring program adoption and effectiveness
- Leverage data analytics and reporting to assess program performance, provide business insights, and recommend continuous improvements
Your profile
- University degree in Human Resource Manager, Business Administration or a related field of study
- 5+ years of experience in global mobility, international Human Resource Manager, or a related field, ideally within an industrial environment
- In-depth knowledge of global mobility programs, delivery, and market factors impacting mobility
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving process improvement and change management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with intercultural sensitivity and empathy
- Demonstrated accountability, team orientation, and result-driven entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency in English; any additional European languages are an asset
- Strong MS Office skills; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
