Senior Strategic Revenue Manager
In this global role, you will shape how we drive profitable growth across markets and channels. Working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations, you will turn data into decisive commercial action — optimizing pricing, promotions, assortment and trade investments to unlock sustainable revenue and margin growth.

Location: Warsaw (Poland), hybrid. Because our first preference would be Hannover (Germany), we welcome applications from candidates based in the city or willing to relocate (with a valid work permit)
More about the role:
- Develop and own a holistic global pricing strategy (promo & non-promo) across key markets, leveraging elasticity insights and category best practices
- Define global promotional guidelines and lead structured price & promo performance tracking with clear P&L impact visibility
- Global list price management, including structure, maintenance, and alignment with commercial strategy
- Lead Gross-to-Net analytics, building robust reporting and control mechanisms to ensure full transparency of discounts, rebates, and promotional investments.
- Build global playbooks and frameworks to enable local market adaptation and channel differentiation
- Drive trade investment optimization, including review and harmonization of trade terms and compliance standards
- Conduct market, competitor and demand analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
- Develop predictive models and scenario planning tools to support data-driven commercial decisions
- Define KPIs, monitor revenue performance and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders
More about you:
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance or related field
- 5–10 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in Strategic Revenue Management or Pricing
- Experience within Consumer Electronics and/or FMCG
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate large datasets into commercial strategy
- Solid knowledge of pricing theory, customer segmentation and revenue optimization principles
Fluency in English (C1 level)
Preferred:
- MBA or further education in Revenue Management / Sales Finance
- Experience in Sales or Finance roles
- Experience in earphones/headphones category
- Exposure to international markets
- Knowledge of tools such as MicroStrategy, Salesforce, SAP
- German language
