Your Role

As a Sustainable Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role supporting our Sustainable Procurement initiatives. You will provide technical expertise in procurement data management and supplier engagement, helping us drive transparency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts.


What You’ll Do

 

  • Support the collection, consolidation, and validation of procurement data for ESG reporting, with a particular focus on carbon emissions from purchased goods and services
  • Collaborate with procurement and sustainability teams to ensure data accessibility, accuracy, and process harmonization across the business
  • Assist in managing supplier sustainability assessments via the EcoVadis platform
  • Engage with suppliers on sustainability topics, track corrective action plans, and support ongoing improvements
  • Provide technical support in developing dashboards and digital solutions for better data visibility and supplier engagement

 

What You Bring

 

Must-haves:

 

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Computer Science, or a related field – or a Bachelor’s degree combined with proven relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally in procurement or sustainability-related roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), basic knowledge of Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external partners
  • Strong interest in driving positive environmental and social impact
  • Fluent English skill

 

Nice to haves:

 

  • Experience  in Sustainable Procurement or Supply Chain Management roles
  • Knowledge of SAP  
  • Additional European language skills are an asset
