Talent Acquisition Partner
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial vacancy discussion through to offer creation and contract negotiation
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job profiles and provide strategic guidance throughout the hiring process
- Proactively identify and engage candidates through channels like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networks, and events
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with HR business partners, HR managers, and talent acquisition service teams to ensure smooth hiring operations
- Deliver training sessions on recruitment processes and system usage to hiring teams when needed
- Support and lead projects related to talent acquisition and recruitment marketing
More about you
- 5+ years of experience in EMEA-wide end-to-end recruiting, ideally acquired in-house and within a comparable recruitment agency setting
- Proven track record in cultivating and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities
- Extensive experience with advanced sourcing tools and techniques
- Service-oriented, communicative, assertive, persuasive, empathetic, with the ability to communicate complex matters in a straightforward manner
- Competent in using MS Office tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, recruiting tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Polish. Proficiency in any other European language (particularly French and German) would be a distinct advantage
