Talent Sourcer Europe with French language (agency work contract)

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting candidates for a wide range of positions within Sonova across designated functions and regions. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure efficiency and consistency of the recruitment process throughout the organization. 

 


Your tasks:

 

  • Work closely with talent acquisition teams and hiring managers to understand talent needs, provide insights on the candidate market, and facilitate the hiring process
  • Proactively source talent through various channels (e.g. LinkedIn, industry forums, social media, etc.) to identify, engage and present qualified candidates across Europe to talent acquisition teams and hiring managers
  • Employ advanced sourcing tools and techniques such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other relevant software to enhance sourcing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Initiate contact with potential candidates through personalized messages, emails, or phone calls to inform them about job opportunities and assess their interest and fit
  • Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, feedback, and progress in the recruitment process to ensure transparency and compliance with hiring procedures
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs by networking and fostering relationships with passive candidates
  • Proactively collect and share market mapping and intelligence data with regard to talent supply to support the Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition function in hiring decision making
  • Regularly evaluate and refine sourcing strategies and approaches based on performance metrics, feedback, and evolving recruitment trends to optimize candidate quality and hiring outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with country laws, rules, and regulations including all Sonova policies and procedures
  • Other projects as assigned

 


Your profile:

 

  • University degree or higher education in Human Resource Management, Psychology and/or any related field of study.
  • Around 2 years’ of experience in talent sourcing, ideally acquired in-house and/or within a recruitment agency 
  • Extensive experience with advanced sourcing tools and techniques such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other relevant software
  • Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for identifying and recruiting diverse talent across a broad spectrum of backgrounds
  • Proven track record in cultivating and managing relationships with external communities, potential candidates spanning from mid to senior levels, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to define suitable action plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build working relationships across the organization and with external talents
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasive, and able to communicate complex matters in a straightforward manner
  • Ability to promptly and accurately assess candidate’s skill levels, interests and motivations
  • Fluency in English and French, along with preferably a strong command of Polish
