Tax Analyst (Transfer Pricing)
We are seeking a dedicated Tax Analyst (Transfer Pricing) to support our compliance efforts. This role involves monitoring intercompany transactions, adjusting transfer prices, executing related adjustments, managing intercompany agreements, and maintaining relevant documentation.
*The righ candidate must be located in either Warsaw (Poland) or Barcelona (Spain). Applications from other locations will only be considered if candidates clearly express their intention to relocate*
Your tasks
• Support the implementation of transfer pricing policies across different business units and geographies
• Assist with transfer pricing operations, including computations, gathering and analyzing financial and operational data, and communicating transfer prices to group companies
• Monitor intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with established transfer pricing guidelines
• Support the monitoring of group companies’ profit levels and execute transfer pricing adjustments to maintain regulatory compliance
• Assist with maintaining existing transfer pricing processes and support the implementation of new transfer pricing tools
• Manage documentation and maintain underlying intercompany agreements
Your profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Tax Laws
• 1-4 years of experience in transfer pricing compliance activities, either in-house or in a tax consulting firm
• Ambition to develop and obtain certification as CPA or Tax Expert
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with solution and detail-oriented mindset
• Communicative and proactive fast learner with a self-management attitude, able to work independently under guidance
• Motivated and dynamic personality who enjoys working in a dedicated team in an international environment, with a collaborative approach and positive attitude
• Knowledge of international tax regulations and understanding of tax principles, with ability to work with mass data/mass data validations
• English at native or business fluent level; any additional language skills (German highly preferable) are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to learn other tools (ERP, consolidation tools, Blika, etc.); familiarity with ERPs, budget tools, and data analysis tools is advantageous
