Time & Attendance Management Specialist (Atoss)
Purpose of the job is to be responsible for managing and optimizing employee time tracking and attendance processes. This role involves providing exceptional administrative support to employees across various departments and levels, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing overall efficiency in time & attendance management.
More about the role:
- Handle HR-related queries from employees and managers on time and attendance management.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Managers as needed to oversee time-tracking processes.
- Manage HR processes related to time & attendance, including training and system setup.
- Maintain and update time & attendance data in the system (Atoss), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor data quality and forward relevant information e.g. to payroll.
- Generate reports on attendance, overtime, and leave balances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws by reviewing attendance records.
- Support employees and managers with time & attendance policies, procedures, and system inquiries.
- Process changes in working hours, overtime, and leave in coordination with managers and employees.
- Provide second-level support re the system (Atoss), troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Work with e.g. Payroll, HR Services and the system providor to optimize time & attendance processes.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and enhance existing processes.
More about you:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, time & attendance management in an international environment, with a strong understanding of employee time & attendance tracking processes and tools.
- In-depth understanding of time & attendance management processes and systems, with up-to-date knowledge of relevant labor laws.
- Familiarity with Atoss or similar time management systems, demonstrating a strong ability to leverage technology for efficient time & attendance tracking and reporting.
- Highly tech-savvy with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
- Strong MS Office skills (especially in Excel) and a high level of IT affinity, enabling effective data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Atoss and other HR systems, showcasing a solid understanding of how technology can enhance time & attendance management and operational efficiency.
- Proficient in English is a must, proficient in German is very nice to have.
