Total Reward Senior Manager

Purpose of the job is to manage as Globa Process Owner the development and implementation of reward-related processes, policies and programs and provides consulting services on rewards related matters to the business to ensure alignment with global guidance and market best practices to attract, retain, and motivate the required talent. This position is a key pillar in the Corporate Total Reward CoE team and partners across the business to ensure total rewards programs drive high performance and enhance employee experience. This position plays a critical role in aligning Total Rewards strategies with business objectives to drive employee engagement and organizational performance. The role reports into the VP Total Rewards of the Sonova Group. 

 

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Leads global budgeting and annual compensation review process including rollouts to manage the process via SuccessFactors including ownership of the execution of the process for Top Executive worldwide.
  • Develops and implements Total Reward instruments and ensures alignment with the global reward framework as well as benchmarks, competitive practice and legislation.
  • Contributes to the development of objectives, strategies and policies for the Total Reward function.
  • Provides consulting services to the business on Total Reward related matters ensuring good governance for remuneration decisions at that level.
  • Provides highly advanced guidance and counsel on all aspects of Total Reward serving as an escalation point for Total Reward issues.
  • Implements Total Reward projects and Continues Improvement activities 
  • Negotiates and maintains preferred supplier agreements with relevant third-party providers
  • Analyses Total Reward data to recommend changes to existing programs to maintain organization's competitive position in the marketplace (e.g. Continuous improvement process)
  • Ensures proper documentation and detailed updates to senior management and HR.

 


Your profile:

 

  • Masters or Bachelor Degree in HR or related field
  • Around 7-10 years’ of experience in managing compensation in international organization including cluster-group level.
  • Working knowledge of business models, objectives, financial metrics used in decision making; ability to build business cases to support initiatives
  • Ability to lead and facilitate projects, meetings and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes and results
  • Effective presentation and communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
  • Highly analytical with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed recommendations
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, self-starter and good self-management, ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues at different levels across the organization remotely
  • Proficient level of English. 
  • Expert Excell skills incl. complex formulas for payout calculation (macros knowledge is a plus)
  • Shared Service/HR Operations, Consulting, Systems implementation experience is a plus
  • Experience with HCM systems such as SAP Success Factors is a plus
