Trainee - Learning & Development team

This Trainee position is ideal for candidates eager to start their careers in the Learning & Development field within a corporate and supportive environment. The focus is on harnessing the candidate's potential and motivation, offering opportunities for growth and professional development.
The trainee in this team will be involved in an ongoing project to move our existing learning platform into a new environment. This entry-level role is designed for individuals with little to no prior experience, focusing on developing personal competencies, potential, and motivation.

More about the role:

  • Review currently existing online trainings on our current platform
  • Adjust online trainings to the requirements of the new platform
  • Upload online trainings to the new platform in accordance with the requirements
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
  • We're looking for someone to join us for around 3 months during the summer


More about you:

Essential requierments:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Ease of working in various computing environments
  • Independent and self-reliant, with good organizational skills
  • Availability to work 4 days a week

Good to have qualifications:

  • Previous experience in realated field is an advantage
  • Flexible and open to learning and adapting to new tasks and challenges
  • Proficiency in Polish and/or German
