UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for maintaining and improving our existing B2B fitting software as well as supporting design projects across the organization.  

You will collaborate closely with our Experience Design teams in Switzerland and Canada to create intuitive, user-centered design solutions. 

 

More about the role 

 

  • Maintain and enhance the user interface of our B2B fitting software by designing polished, consistent user interfaces 

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring complex workflows to life 

  • Support the creation and maintenance of design documentation and UI specifications  

  • Ensure pixel-perfect handoffs with clear specifications for development teams 

  • Assist in user research activities including interview preparation, usability testing and analyzing feedback 

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation 

  • Support other design projects as needed, gaining exposure to different areas of the business 

 

 

More about you 

 

 

  • University degree in in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI or related field. 

  • 2-3 years of professional UX/UI design experience  

  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles  

  • Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work and design thinking process 

  • Good communication skills (visual and verbal) 

  • Willingness to ask questions and seek guidance 

  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines 

  • Empathy for end users and their needs  

  • Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with most of your team and stakeholders in different countries 

  • Team player with a positive attitude 

  • Creative, curious and open-minded 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with designing for medical use. 

  • Experience with B2B or enterprise software
