eCommerce Operations & Quality Manager

Your tasks:
Ensure correct operations of eCommerce Servers: 

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize errors, and streamline processes
  • Manage Hardware and Software Operational issues 
  • Ensure eCommerce Application and Server security. Manage and address security vulnerability remediation
  • Address Business Team operational problems and complex issues. Lead communication with Business Team on SLA 
  • Collaborate closely with the eCommerce Development and Data team as well as marketing, and IT Operations teams, to ensure seamless integration and operation of the eCommerce platform across interdependent technologies


Setup and operations of eCommerce monitoring platform 

  • Ensure good functional coverage 
  • Dynamic Monitoring of eCommerce sites
  • Setup and manage operations of Pikett Quality system 
  • Proactively detect issues (captured by monitoring systems), analyze and manage resolution 
  • Collect and analyze data related to eCommerce operations, quality metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement


Operations Support Team management 

  • Lead and mentor eCommerce operations support team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment 
  • Coordinate 2nd and 3rd level support on eCommerce Platform 

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
  • Good Java programming skills (understanding code for troubleshooting)
  • Good knowledge of the spring framework
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable with reading logs, and logging tools like Kibana/LogStash/ElasticSearch
  • Hands on experience in managing servers in the windows environment, and addressing security and vulnerability issues, and performing upgrades
  • Comfortable with command line and shell scripting skills (batch, powershell, sh/bash …)
  • The ability to thoroughly write test scripts and spot errors in complex systems
  • Ability to mediate and resolve disputes in a fair and effective manner
  • Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively
  • Very good English skills
