Electronics HW Engineer (m/f/d)

Job responsibilities

  • You develop electronics for products, systems and pre-developments.
    • Create and commission circuits based on product requirements together with the project team and analyze and evaluate the quality of externally supplied circuits and technologies, taking into account functional, technological, manufacturing and economic aspects.
    • Observe, test, and utilize latest technologies, electronic components, and tools available on the market for development as coordinated as necessary.
  • You collaborate with external suppliers
    • Align product requirements with external suppliers and perform reviews against supplier provided information along with the department and project team.
  • You customize and optimize existing products or systems.
    • Redesign systems, e.g. after functional or component changes. Adapt existing products or systems according to technical specifications or customer requirements to meet requirements and production or have them adapted. Consider effects on function and economy of the overall system. Optimizing systems on the basis of systematic weak point analyses.
  • You are performing calculations and simulations
    • Calculate or simulate characteristic parameters or performance features. Evaluate results, adapt solutions.
  • You independently work on various problems and analyze situations or data from a variety of sources to provide the best solutions.
  • You provide direction and support to junior colleagues or members of your team.
  • We rely on your specialized knowledge to own and drive day-to-day work.

 

Requirements

  • Completed technical college or university studies in electrical engineering
  • 3-year professional experience in relevant job area
  • Experience in using Altium Designer or similar ECAD tool
  • Experience in using Azure DevOps
  • Interdisciplinary, broad technical knowledge
  • Solid Business English skills
  • Audio / headphone product development experience
  • German language skills
