Sales and Demand Planning Manager EMEA

To support and grow our Consumer Hearing Business across the EMEA region, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Demand Planning Manager EMEA, internally called Commercial Sales Manager. In this role, you will align sub-regional targets, monitor and control topline and profitability indicators, and support a selective distribution approach across the region. Acting as a central interface for local GMs, you will play a vital role in driving promotional planning, enhancing forecast and demand planning efficiency. Through your efforts, you will contribute to expanding market share in the audiophile, hearing, premium headphones, and soundbar categories.

 

Your tasks

 

  • Develop and manage dedicated sales channels in the EMEA region in line with the overall business strategy
  • Analyze sales performance and market data to optimize product mix and profitability
  • Oversee forecasting, demand planning, and reporting 
  • Coordinate annual sales targets with the Regional Senior Director EMEA and local GMs
  • Support local Consumer Hearing Sales teams to meet sales goals
  • Support regional promotional plans and ensure alignment across sales channels
  • Participate in regional sales meetings, manage business development projects and regularly visit regional markets and partners to strengthen relationships

 

Your profile

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, and/or a related field of study
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing and/or business development, preferably in the FMCG and/or consumer electronics industry
  • Demonstrated business acumen with expertise in sales strategies, understanding customer trends, and conducting competitive analysis
  • Strong analytical skills to drive market insights, product mix optimization, and tracking key performance indicators 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently across key markets in the EMEA region
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in other European languages, particularly German and/or French, is a strong advantage
