About the job

 

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and supporting teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes?

 

As an Clinic Operations Specialist at Triton Hearing, you’ll be the go-to support for clinics, ensuring operational best practices are implemented effectively. This highly visible role will provide hands-on training, troubleshoot operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement across clinic operations.

 

•    Oversee and monitor clinic diaries to ensure efficient scheduling and optimal appointment utilisation. 
•    Identify and resolve gaps and inefficiencies in workflows while driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with clinic teams 
•    Support Regional and Area Managers in implementing company priorities and operational best practices. 
•    Ensure clinics maximise their financial performance through optimised appointment scheduling and accurate invoicing. 
•    Deliver tailored training and coaching to Hearing Care Support teams, empowering them with the skills to manage clinic operations effectively.

About you


You’re a proactive and solutions-focused professional who enjoys supporting teams to achieve operational excellence. You bring a strong understanding of clinic workflows, scheduling best practices, and business performance drivers.


You bring: 

•    3+ years in an operational, business support, or clinic coordination role, ideally within a healthcare or retail environment. 
•    Experience in scheduling optimisation, workflow improvement, or operational troubleshooting. 
•    Experience creating and delivering training virtually, and in person.
•    Demonstrate an adaptable and innovative approach.
•    The ability to work autonomously while aligning with broader business goals. 
•    A collaborative and hands-on approach to training and support. 
•    You’ll be based in either Palmerston North or Wellington and be flexible to travel within your assigned region to provide in-person support to clinics.
