Product Marketing Manager

At Sonova Audiological Care (AC) we are transforming the hearing care industry by expanding the omnichannel offer (portfolio & services) for our customers.


You have the opportunity to contribute to this revolution by joining the Marketing and Omnichannel corporate function. This position will be located in Steinhausen, Switzerland.


The Marketing and Omnichannel department is responsible for developing and implementing a state of the art customer journey supporting both digital and physical touchpoints.  The department comprises domain experts in Product Management, Pricing, Branding and Communications, CRM, Omnichannel Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation and Conversion, Customer Decision Journey and Analytics.


The Product Manager - Services is responsible for leading the end-to-end global marketing ecosystem for services and related products within the overall AC portfolio.


Your tasks


  • Shape the go-to-market strategy for new service frameworks in collaboration with service design teams
  • Create and develop a strategic long-term plan for the growth of services within the overall AC portfolio
  • Identify the most promising services in the industry where AC should play and win
  • Proactively manage the full-service lifecycle from launch through to phase out
  • Plan the launches of new services and manage the implementation in collaboration with regional AC sales and marketing teams, other Sonova brand marketing teams and AC HQ functions


Your profile


  • A university degree in marketing or a scientific field
  • 5 years of marketing or sales experience in a global B2C role – category management and/or omnichannel is an advantage
  • Strong fundamentals in services design and marketing – SaaS and/or healthcare preferred
  • Hands-on experience in launching and marketing services at a regional or global level
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage
