Senior HCP Engagement Manager (f/m/d) - Tinnitus Solutions & Digital Health

In this field-focused role, you will drive awareness, engagement and adoption of Sonova’s tinnitus-focused digital health solutions, with a strong focus on the SilentCloud Tinnitus Therapy app.

You will work closely with ENT specialists, audiologists, general practitioners and hearing care professionals to build trusted relationships, strengthen healthcare networks and support the integration of digital tinnitus solutions into clinical practice.

This role is ideal for someone who combines healthcare marketing expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills and enjoys working directly with healthcare professionals in a dynamic and growing market environment.

 


More about the role

 

  • Build and develop strong relationships with ENT specialists, audiologists, GPs and tinnitus experts across the region
  • Support healthcare professional engagement and market development activities for Sonova’s tinnitus and digital health solutions
  • Support the integration of digital tinnitus solutions into clinical workflows and patient pathways
  • Execute local healthcare professional engagement activities including physician trainings, webinars, educational events and congress participation
  • Help strengthen referral networks, healthcare partnerships and key opinion leader engagement
  • Support onboarding and activation activities with healthcare professionals and partner organizations
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of healthcare professional marketing materials, communication approaches and engagement concepts
  • Gather structured market insights and healthcare professional feedback to continuously improve messaging, engagement strategies and commercial effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, medical and product teams to support launch readiness and field execution activities
  • Monitor engagement activities and provide field feedback on adoption barriers, customer needs and engagement effectiveness
  • Represent Sonova at congresses, professional meetings and industry events

 


More about you

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare professional engagement, healthcare marketing, physician relations, medical field roles or market development functions
  • Proven experience working directly with physicians, healthcare providers or clinical networks in a commercial or engagement-focused environment
  • Experience in digital health, MedTech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services or medical devices preferred
  • Experience engaging ENT specialists, audiologists or other physician groups is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience organizing and delivering healthcare professional events, trainings or educational initiatives
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, physician engagement and patient referral pathways
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region
