Quality Data Analytics Manager
In this role, you will drive how quality data is transformed into meaningful insights across the organisation. Acting at the intersection of Quality, Data, and Digital, you will enable teams to move from reactive problem-solving to proactive, data-driven decision-making.

More about the role
- Drive the development and implementation of a global framework for Quality Data Analytics aligned with the QARA and digital strategy
- Design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor product and process quality performance
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, enabling proactive quality actions
- Improve data integrity, governance, and consistency across quality systems and processes
- Collaborate with data infrastructure and cross-functional teams to ensure data is accessible and usable for analytics
- Support the implementation of digital and AI-based solutions for advanced quality insights and automation
- Facilitate cross-functional initiatives to strengthen data-driven decision-making in quality
More about you
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Data Analytics, or a related field with solid professional experience in data and quality environments
- Strong experience in data analytics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Good understanding of quality processes and, ideally, experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices)
- Hands-on experience with data platforms, data governance, and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
- Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders through clear communication of data insights
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR)
- Experience with AI-based analytics or digital transformation initiatives
- Certification in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields
