Marketplace Operations Specialist

Sonova Consumer Hearing USA is seeking a Marketplace Operations Specialist to support the operational execution and day-to-day administration of the Americas ecommerce and marketplace business, with a primary focus on Amazon Seller Central and related marketplace platforms. This role serves as a key operational partner to the Head of eCommerce and Amazon Key Account Manager, helping ensure strong marketplace health, catalog quality, pricing governance, issue resolution, and operational excellence across a rapidly evolving hybrid 1P / 3P business model.

 

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operational administration within Amazon Seller Central and related marketplace platforms
• Manage and resolve operational cases, support tickets, platform escalations, catalog issues, inventory discrepancies, listing suppressions, account health concerns, reimbursement claims, and operational compliance matters
• Monitor marketplace account health metrics and proactively identify operational risks requiring resolution
• Support inbound shipment tracking, stranded inventory management, reimbursement recovery, product launches, Prime events, seasonal programs, and promotional readiness
• Maintain and update PDP content, A+ content, images, variation structures, and listing attributes across marketplace platforms
• Monitor marketplace pricing, buy box ownership, unauthorized reseller activity, and operational issues impacting conversion, availability, discoverability, or customer experience
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting related to account health, catalog suppressions, inventory exceptions, reimbursement claims, pricing issues, operational escalations, and marketplace KPIs

 

More about you:

• 3–5+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, digital sales operations, or Amazon Seller Central environments
• Hands-on experience working within Amazon Seller Central strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of ecommerce workflows, including catalog management, fulfillment operations, inventory coordination, pricing governance, account health management, and marketplace administration
• Experience supporting hybrid ecommerce fulfillment models, including Amazon FBA, FBM, DTC, or related marketplace operations preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with Shopify, Walmart Seller Center, Mirakl, ERP systems, ecommerce automation tools, or reporting tools preferred

 

Travel: 10% travel may be required.

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $88,000 – 110,000 . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
