Director Procurement Logistic and Mobility
As a Director Procurement Logistic and Mobility, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving Sonova’s global procurement strategy across freight, logistics, distribution, travel, and fleet categories. Working closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and IT, you will deliver sustainable value, strengthen supplier partnerships, and optimize global supply chain performance.

More about the role
- Develop and execute global category strategies for logistics, distribution, freight, travel, and fleet services aligned with Sonova’s business and ESG objectives
- Lead global sourcing initiatives, RFX processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities across logistics and mobility categories
- Drive year-on-year cost savings and operational efficiencies across global freight and distribution networks
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams globally
- Establish supplier performance management frameworks, including QBRs and continuous improvement initiatives with strategic suppliers and 3PL partners
- Monitor market trends, supply risks, and external conditions to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks across the supply chain
- Support digital procurement transformation by leveraging e-sourcing, analytics, and procurement systems to enable data-driven decision making
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in global procurement or supply chain management, with strong exposure to freight, logistics, and mobility
- categories
- Proven track record of delivering value and leading complex global sourcing or freight programs in international organizations
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and deep knowledge of procurement best practices across indirect spend categories
- Experience leading change initiatives and influencing stakeholders within complex, matrixed environments
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to translate business challenges into value creation opportunities
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and relationship management skills
