Manager Procurement Marketing
As Procurement Manager, Marketing Services, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing Sonova’s global procurement function. Working closely with senior stakeholders and category leadership, you will help develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver value, drive innovation, and support Sonova’s sustainability ambitions.

- Support the development and execution of global category strategies across Marketing Services
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations with global, regional, and local suppliers
- Bring market intelligence and supplier insights into procurement decision-making and category planning
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, driving performance across cost, quality, service, innovation, and sustainability
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for value creation and continuous improvement
- Deliver cost optimization initiatives and contribute to procurement savings targets across Sonova companies
- Act as a trusted procurement advisor and subject matter expert for Marketing Services within the global organization
More about you
- Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of procurement experience within indirect procurement and Marketing Services categories
- Proven experience developing category strategies and managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of successful supplier negotiations and delivering measurable business value
- Experience managing supplier performance and building collaborative vendor relationships
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across global and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage market data and insights to support decision-making
- Fluent in English; additional languages and professional procurement qualifications (MCIPS, MSc, or MBA) are advantageous
