Senior Manager IT Sourcing and Licensing

As our Senior IT Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our global IT contracts are effectively managed throughout their entire lifecycle. Working closely with IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal and external suppliers, you will help safeguard business continuity, optimize vendor relationships and identify opportunities to improve value across our global IT landscape.

More about the role

 

  • Own the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of global IT contracts, ensuring agreements are accurately maintained and proactively managed
  • Maintain a central repository of IT contracts, including software licences, SaaS, maintenance, support agreements and key commercial terms
  • Monitor contract milestones, renewals and termination dates, proactively coordinating actions with key business stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and insights on contract status, spend, renewals and consolidation opportunities for IT leadership and Procurement
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Legal to support the negotiation preparation, review and processing of contracts, amendments and NDAs
  • Coordinate internal approval processes while ensuring contract documentation is compliant, complete and securely maintained
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, supporting audits, resolving contract queries and ensuring alignment between contracts, purchase orders and invoices.


More about you

 

  • Degree in IT Management, Procurement, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Solid and proven experience in IT contract management, IT procurement or vendor management, with responsibility for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software licensing, SaaS and cloud-based services, together with knowledge of IT sourcing and commercial agreements
  • Experience working with global technology vendors such as Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, Snow Software or telecommunications providers is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of integrity, discretion and a passion for delivering continuous improvement
  • English language fluent
