Digital Data Analyst

Join our B2C Digital Experience team and help us understand how consumers move across our digital world — from first visit to engagement, conversion and retention.

This is not a traditional reporting role. You will turn complex web and app data into insights that directly shape the consumer experience. Working across GA4, Databricks, SQL and Python, you will uncover behavioural patterns, improve how we measure cross-platform journeys and help teams make better, faster decisions.

You will also be a hands-on practitioner of agentic AI, using AI agents to automate repetitive analysis, accelerate insight generation and explore smarter ways of solving data problems. In return for your curiosity, technical expertise and drive to turn data into action, you will have the freedom to experiment with modern analytics and AI tools and influence digital experiences used by consumers around the world.

More about the role

  • Analyse end-to-end consumer journeys across web and mobile, uncovering opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention
  • Use GA4, cohort analysis, segmentation and attribution modelling to identify behavioural patterns and explain what drives consumer outcomes
  • Own and improve app analytics tracking across iOS and Android, defining event schemas, validating implementations and ensuring reliable data quality
  • Work hands-on with Databricks, SQL and Python to analyse large-scale event data and collaborate with data engineers on shared data pipelines
  • Use AI agents as part of your daily workflow to automate analysis, accelerate insight generation and prototype new AI-assisted approaches
  • Build dashboards, KPI frameworks and self-service reporting that make complex data accessible and actionable for teams across the business
  • Partner with product, marketing, engineering and local market teams to define measurement strategies and turn data into clear business decisions

More about you

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics, web analytics or a data analyst role, with deep practical expertise in GA4 and event-based data
  • Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience analysing large datasets in Databricks or a similar cloud data or lakehouse environment
  • Practical experience using AI agents in professional analytics workflows — beyond chat-based AI tools — to automate tasks and solve data problems
  • Experience with mobile app analytics, event tracking and a working understanding of Google Tag Manager, including tags, triggers and data layers
  • Confident building dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI and translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of digital privacy and tracking requirements, including GDPR/CCPA and mobile privacy frameworks
  • Curious, self-driven and collaborative, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches and drive topics forward in English
