  • Global-local scaling: Partner with global, regional and local teams to capture market requirements, manage configuration needs and scale reusable capabilities while balancing consistency with relevant localisation.
  • Technology and integration: Collaborate with IT and architecture teams to ensure secure, reliable and scalable integrations across web, app, CRM, content, booking, analytics and other relevant platforms.
  • Data, privacy and compliance: Ensure products meet applicable privacy, consent, security, accessibility, regulatory and data-quality requirements, with clear governance and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Innovation and AI: Identify and validate opportunities to apply AI, automation and emerging technologies where they create demonstrable customer or business value and can be deployed responsibly.
  • Stakeholder alignment and communication: Build alignment across commercial, marketing, operations, retail, IT and market stakeholders. Communicate priorities, progress, dependencies, risks, decisions and outcomes clearly to senior audiences.
  • Vendor and delivery partner management: Where relevant, guide external partners through clear outcomes, requirements and quality standards, and monitor delivery against agreed scope and performance expectations.
