Berlin, Germany

Director Commercial Execution Germany - Digital Health (Silent Cloud)

This role is based in Germany and requires frequent travel across the country (~30–40%) to engage with healthcare professionals, partners, and key stakeholders. The position follows a hybrid working model, including approximately one day per week in our Berlin office.

 

As Director Commercial Execution, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and growth of SilentCloud, our innovative digital health solution, across Germany. Working at the intersection of healthcare, digital therapeutics, and commercial excellence, you will lead hands-on execution with healthcare professionals, partners, and key stakeholders to translate engagement into measurable prescription growth, subscriptions, and active usage. This is a highly hands-on role with direct involvement in field execution and prescriber engagement.

More about the role

 

  • Drive commercial execution to increase prescriptions, subscriptions, and active users of SilentCloud across Germany
  • Build and strengthen relationships with ENTs, GPs, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals through field engagement, trainings, webinars, and events
  • Manage and optimize partner and channel performance, ensuring clear execution targets and measurable outcomes
  • Personally lead high-impact prescriber engagement and key account activities where required
  • Own and deliver against commercial KPIs including prescriber activation, conversion, and prescription volume, implementing corrective actions when needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure aligned execution
  • Ensure all commercial and medical engagement activities are compliant, outcome-focused, and effectively documented through CRM and reporting tools


More about you

 

  • Bachelor’s degree highly valuable; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • 5–12+ years of experience in commercial execution within digital health, DiGA, MedTech, or prescription pharmaceutical environments
  • Proven success driving prescription growth, adoption, or revenue performance in regulated healthcare markets
  • Strong experience engaging healthcare professionals and managing field execution or commercial partnerships
  • Native-level German language skills and strong professional English communication skills are essential
  • Highly results-oriented, KPI-driven, and comfortable owning ambitious commercial targets
  • Experience in digital therapeutics, audiology, ENT, neurology, or chronic care is an advantage
