Operations Support Manager - Neurosensory

We’re excited to share an internal opportunity for an Operations Support Manager to join the Neurosensory team, supporting our National Sales & Operations function.

This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, enhancing client care delivery, and supporting our frontline teams to deliver exceptional service across our clinics.

About the Role

As the Operations Support Manager, you will oversee client care operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the business. You will partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to strengthen processes, support teams, and elevate the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Client Care teams through coaching, training, and mentoring
  • Induction and post induction support
  • Drive consistency in client care processes, policies, and procedures
  • Support operational improvements across clinics, including financial processes and service delivery
  • Partner with leaders on performance management, recruitment, and team development
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, WHS, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs to support capability uplift across teams

You are a proactive and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement. You bring:

  • Strong operational and administrative expertise
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coaching and developing others
  • A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to influence and drive outcomes

  • Experience working within the hearing healthcare industry will be highly regarded
