Global Category Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As a Global Category Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the global success of one of our product categories. From defining compelling value propositions and consumer messaging to leading global product launches, you will bring innovative products to life and ensure they resonate with consumers across markets.

Working closely with Product Management, R&D, Brand, Digital Marketing, Sales and external creative agencies, you will drive end-to-end go-to-market strategies while ensuring a consistent and engaging consumer experience throughout the product lifecycle.

 


More about the role

 

  • Own the global marketing strategy and execution for your product category across the entire product lifecycle
  • Lead end-to-end global product launches in close collaboration with Product Management, Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams
  • Translate consumer insights into compelling value propositions, messaging, packaging and product stories
  • Brief and manage creative agencies to develop impactful global marketing campaigns and launch assets
  • Develop sales enablement materials and marketing toolkits to support successful market activation across regions
  • Monitor campaign and content performance, using consumer insights and KPIs to continuously optimize marketing activities
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent global execution while supporting local market needs

 


More about you

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Category Marketing or Go-to-Market Marketing within an international B2C environment
  • Proven experience leading global product launches from strategy through execution
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, value proposition development and customer-centric marketing
  • Experience managing creative agencies and developing integrated marketing assets across multiple channels
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization
  • Fluent English communication skills; a passion for consumer electronics, audio or premium consumer brands is an advantage
