We are looking for a Clinical Specialist who is passionate about people, takes ownership, enjoys working closely with different stakeholders and is motivated by making a real difference in the lives of people with hearing loss.
What you will do
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, coordinate appointments and provide guidance regarding hospitals, audiologists, clinical follow-ups and other relevant services.
- Support cochlear implant programming, fitting, mapping and follow-up processes in line with clinical standards and company guidelines.
- Coordinate and organize customer appointments, hospital visits and clinical follow-up activities, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with audiologists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support patient and professional education activities and contribute to the overall customer experience.
- Follow up clinical cases, identify needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to support business and clinical objectives.
- Take ownership of assigned activities and ensure that they are followed through from start to finish.
What we are looking for
- A customer-focused, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer support or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in audiology, cochlear implants or a clinical environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Strong planning, organization and follow-up skills.
- Degree in Audiology, Speech and Hearing Sciences or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office applications.
