Logistics Responsible

Job Purpose

The Logistics Responsible is responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of goods. The role oversees inbound and outbound shipments, coordination, follow-up, and communication with logistics service providers while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound arrivals.
  • Arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues.
  • Communicate with logistics service providers.
  • Ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and completed on time.

Qualifications

  • Preferably bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement orientation.
