Technical Service Operations Support

Position Purpose

The Technical Service Operations Support is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the operational processes of hearing care products received for repair, maintenance, or technical evaluation. This role serves as a key link between distributors, the technical service team, logistics, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service operations, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of service cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and update service records for products received for repair, maintenance, or technical evaluation.
  • Monitor and track products throughout the service process, ensuring timely progression and completion of service activities.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between distributors, technical service teams, logistics, customer service, and other internal departments.
  • Provide distributors with updates regarding repair status, service timelines, and relevant operational information.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing product movements in collaboration with logistics teams.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity within company systems.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports related to service activities and performance indicators.
  • Identify operational issues and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support effective and timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Audiology, or a related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical device, hearing care, or a related industry is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of audiology and hearing aid products is preferred.
  • Previous experience in service operations, technical support coordination, customer service, logistics, or similar operational roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
  • Good command of English is preferred.
