HR Services Administrator


Mexicali, BC, México – Onsite

 

The HR Services Administrator serves as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries. This role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative support, resolving Tier 1 HR requests, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of employee data and HR transactions in alignment with internal policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level HR support to employees and line managers regarding HR-related inquiries
  • Respond to employee requests and process transactions through inquiry systems using documented policies and procedures
  • Escalate complex HR matters to second-level support or appropriate teams
  • Input and maintain employee data within HRIS systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Generate basic HR reports and performance metrics
  • Review employee records and HR-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support coordination of HR activities and assist with process improvements
  • Collaborate across HR teams to support employee lifecycle processes
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

 

More about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student/recent graduate) in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field required
  • Basic experience in HR administration in an international environment preferred
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong technical aptitude
  • Experience with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or similar HCM/CRM systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize independently
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Fluent English required; Portuguese and German are a plus

 

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
