About the Role
Are you an organized, digitally minded marketer who enjoys coordinating campaigns, managing timelines and deliverables, and bringing marketing initiatives to life across multiple channels?
Sonova is looking for a Campaign Operations Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across its North American hearing instrument brands, Phonak and Unitron. In this role, you'll coordinate campaign intake, requirements, timelines, assets, stakeholder reviews, quality assurance, deployment readiness, and basic performance reporting across digital and promotional channels.
You'll work across English and French audiences while collaborating with teams across brand marketing, product management, lifecycle management, events, sales, customer marketing, marketing technology, analytics, global marketing, and external partners.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys project coordination and wants to build hands-on experience in campaign operations within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll play an important role in helping ensure campaigns are accurate, measurable, on brand, and delivered on time.
What You'll Do
- Adapt, localize, format, and coordinate approved English and French campaign content across assigned email, digital, and promotional channels supporting Phonak and Unitron.
- Adapt approved messaging for appropriate channels, formats, B2B and B2C audiences, and English/French language requirements while preserving intended meaning and brand positioning.
- Coordinate campaigns from intake and briefing through execution, quality assurance, launch, and post-campaign reporting, ensuring requirements, owners, approvals, dependencies, and deadlines are documented and managed.
- Coordinate bilingual campaign operations related to product launches, including campaign intake, requirements, assets, communications, promotional materials, approvals, launch readiness, and execution.
- Maintain assigned campaign assets and ensure deliverables are current, accurate, accessible, and consistent with approved brand and channel standards.
- Support the campaign intake process by reviewing briefs for completeness, documenting requirements, confirming deliverables and owners, and identifying missing information or timing risks before work begins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, product management, lifecycle management, events, sales, customer marketing, marketing technology, analytics, global marketing, and external partners.
- Project manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure marketing activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Perform quality assurance across assigned campaign components, including copy, links, audience selections, personalization, forms, tracking parameters, rendering, brand alignment, and required approvals.
- Coordinate stakeholder, brand, and localization reviews; document feedback, approvals, and change requests; and communicate impacts to campaign scope or timing.
- Use approved AI and emerging technology tools to improve campaign workflows, productivity, content adaptation, quality control, and process efficiency while following company guidelines and brand standards.
- Stay current on campaign operations, digital-channel, accessibility, and marketing-technology practices and recommend practical improvements.
- Pull and maintain basic campaign performance reporting, validate campaign tracking, identify delivery or engagement anomalies, and summarize results and optimization opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- Fluent French and English, both written and verbal — required.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, marketing operations, email marketing, or campaign coordination preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

- Experience working with project plans, timelines, templates, checklists, and approval workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving campaign issues.
