Casing Technician

Mississauga, Ontario, Canada – Onsite

 

Casing Technician

Join Sonova’s Production team and help create high-quality custom hearing instruments that improve people’s lives. In this hands-on role, you will perform detailed casing, finishing, and quality-control activities while ensuring each product meets our quality standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize daily casing activities.

  • Case and close custom ITE, ITC, and CIC hearing instruments.

  • Apply lacquer to the inside of clear shells.

  • Perform complete quality-control inspections according to Sonova’s ISO Quality Policy Manual.

  • Follow production procedures and detailed work instructions accurately.

  • Complete additional production-related tasks assigned by the Production Manager.

 

 

More about you:

  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

  • Good hand-eye coordination.

  • Ability to follow instructions precisely.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Previous hearing-aid assembly or manufacturing experience is considered an asset.
