Finishing Technician
Join Sonova’s production team and help create custom hearing instruments that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. As a Finishing Technician, you will perform detailed hands-on work to complete, inspect, and prepare hearing instruments while meeting our quality, safety, and manufacturing standards. This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous experience is not required.
Responsibilities:

Prepare hearing instrument shells for final lacquering.

Install final components and options according to customer requirements.

Drill vents and perform other detailed finishing work.

Conduct final visual and acoustical inspections.

Complete basic shell and seam repairs when needed.

Perform quality-control activities in accordance with Sonova’s ISO Quality Policy Manual.

Follow all safety, ESD, cleanliness, and workplace procedures.
More about you:

No previous experience is required; training will be provided.

You have strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
-
You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow work instructions precisely.

You can work effectively as part of a team and with minimal supervision.

You have basic computer skills and can communicate in English.

You are comfortable performing precise, repetitive work with small components.

Previous hearing aid manufacturing, finishing, lacquering, or SAP experience is an asset.
