National Sales Manager, Unitron Canada
Location: Canada
Travel: Approximately 30% across Canada
Unitron is seeking an experienced and results-oriented National Sales Manager to lead our Canadian field sales team and drive growth across the country. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role is responsible for developing, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing sales organization while executing strategies that expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and support our multi-brand, multi-channel approach.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a national sales team to achieve and exceed sales objectives across Canada.
- Partner with the VP of Sales and Phonak Regional Directors to execute Sonova's multi-brand, multi-channel growth strategy.
- Develop and implement territory and account strategies that drive new business, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales professionals to build a high-performing, engaged team.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and key metrics, using data to identify opportunities and optimize results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, industry partners, and key opinion leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer solutions.
- Drive CRM adoption and accountability, ensuring accurate customer engagement and pipeline management.
- Represent Unitron at national and regional meetings, conferences, and customer events.
What You'll Bring
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Audiology, or a related field preferred
Experience
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within hearing healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry
- Previous sales leadership and people management experience preferred
- Experience selling technical or clinical products is an asset
Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop successful sales teams
- Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and business analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for driving growth and delivering results
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- CRM experience required; Salesforce experience preferred
Language
- English required
- Bilingual English/French is an asset
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $115,000 - $130,000. This role is also eligible to earn commission and qualifies for a car allowance.
