Order Entry Technician
Regional Center Canada is seeking an Order Entry Technician to support order processing, data entry, and production routing. This role is responsible for entering orders into the computer system, routing them to the appropriate departments, saving incoming instrument settings, processing credits, and supporting order updates with accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Enter new, remake, and service orders into the system
• Release EDX orders
• Process Salesforce cases
• Support credit return processing
• Read and save incoming customer settings
• Complete order updates accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform Total QC functions according to ISO Quality Policy Manual and follow training grid requirements
More about you:
• Secondary education or equivalent required; postsecondary education preferred
• Previous general office work experience required
• Previous data entry experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment and with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow work instructions precisely and review customer order forms
• Basic computer skills required; SAP and Salesforce knowledge preferred
• Professional working proficiency in English required; French language skills considered an asset
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM required
• Ability to identify inconsistencies in orders

This role's pay rate is: $17.95 hourly CAD
